At times it can be challenging but rewarding working as the Office Manager and

Treatment Coordinator for the Partridge Team. For those of you who may be

considering becoming a patient in our office, let me give you positive reasons why

we can exceed your expectations. On a personal level, I pride myself in making sure

patients are fully informed of their dental needs and I make sure they understand in

layman’s terms the details of how we can help take care of those needs. Our office

has creative financing options and I can help almost anyone set up with a financial

arrangement that works for them for any treatment they may need. I can attribute my

dental insurance knowledge to having worked for Delta Dental Insurance Company

as an Insurance Auditor for several years. I welcome the chance to show all

our patients how I can help each one conduct their dental treatment with

kindness, understanding, and great follow-up on all insurance issues. I

started in the 70’s as a dental assistant, still have an x-ray license, and

pride myself in being a well rounded, can-do-anything employee when it

comes to working here. I have been a Practice Administrator/Office Manager

for many years prior to joining the Partridge Team. My outside interests

include softball, fast cars, and sailboat racing. I am currently serving as the

2009 Commodore of the Santa Cruz Yacht Club. So, please stop by our
